RETURN POLICY
If you need to return a product to us for any reason, please call our Customer Service department Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST at (518) 768-2070 ext.101 to get an RMA number. All returns MUST be accompanied by an RMA number within seven days of receipt. Any items returned to us without an RMA number will be sent back to you at your cost. Most items are returnable upon inspection with a 5% restocking fee. The following items are not returnable: design sheets, inks, books, videos and ALL liquid materials.
